Where can I find some affiliate website examples or website actually doing affiliate marketing? I an NOT?

looking for affiliate programs, so please don’t include some link to your program. I have those. What I am looking for now, is making a page for my links. I have three different domain names – do I use just one or all three? What templates are available if any? Can I see how you have your website or any that you know of set up? Thanks
