Google will send you a cheque in US$ the following month after your Adsense earnings have reached $100.
They will first send you a pin number my mail to check the validity of your mailing address.
Now you need to deposit the cheque into your bank account to clear the funds.
If you do not have a bank account then you may have to open one or talk to a money changer about it.

I think google sends the checks through mail using the mailing address you specified in your adsense account. You don’t have to pay the adsense tax because you live outside the US. You have to explicitly declare in adsense that you live outside the US to avail of your payment.
