Google Adwords Account Suspended?

I had my Google ad words account suspended 3 years ago, and really need to start advertising on Google again.
I wanted to know if there are any companies out there who setup and manage these campaigns for you, so Google doesn’t know its you there advertising it for.
If you know of any companies, especially those where you can just sign up online, and don’t have to make phone calls to pushy sales advisors

    Well they are not that stirct about adwords like AdSense so you might able to make another account but for not for those sites you got banned. Also why not try those things like MSN Ad Center and also Yahoo ads ?
