If your goal is to make money blogging, there’s a couple of things you need to know. 1st off: most successful bloggers (or those, I should say, that have successfully monetized) spend their first few months (in some cases years) building up an email list through a service like aweber (if you’re not familiar with it, get familiar with it-quick!) This list is the bread and butter of a successful blogger. There are some other methods of monetization out there like google adwords and selling banners, but the tried and true formula is to create your own products (i.e. ebooks, reports, etc) or sell the work of others through affiliate programs to your email list. The key is to have a very well defined niche and nurture a relationship with your readers where you provide them with valuable free info on a regular basis. The main thing is based on your niche there are many affiliate marketing sites just register with them and u can find the different products over there just promote them in your blog and give your referral link so that if that person but that product u will get commission. U need to write the articles in such a way that the reader should but the product after reading your article.

Blogging to earn money is similar to running a content website. A content website is like Yahoo, or any site that contains information. You are blogging about something you know or are good at and people with an interest in learning more about that topic will search and read blogs and other sites. Say you are really talented at baseball or something, you would blog about baseball, your experiences, tips, actual teams and games etc. The more reader you have, the more money you can make. 1.advertising programs such as Google Adsense or Kontera, wherein people click and you get paid

Depending on what you write, it may be a factor in determining your income when you sign up for

No, not really. You only make money by blogging if you have something to say that other people will pay money to read. The average 13 year old doesn’t have anything to say that would be worth paying money to read. Other teens might be interested, but they generally don’t have the money to spend, nor do they have access to money to spend.

There is no start up cost just go to blogspot and create a blog with adsense on it. there you go. make 1-3 posts a day and promote it on youtube, twitter etc.
don’t let ppl discourage you just because you are 13.
